You are responsible for designing, managing and executing client projects with a focus on pricing, sales and go-to-market strategies (e.g., pricing strategies for new ventures, implementation of value creation plans, or market-entry strategies for scale-ups)
You are a trusted advisor to our clients and colleagues and ensure the excellence and impact of projects.
You are part of the leadership team of the fast-growing Pricing & Sales business unit and work with the partners to further develop the team.
You are actively involved in hiring, training and the professional development of the team as well as in sales activities.
You stay up to date on the latest pricing and sales developments and trends (e.g., AI, dynamic pricing, software) and continuously expand our consulting portfolio.
As a team player, you shape our ambition to redefine management consulting and support our partners in building and inspiring a high-performing, motivated team.
You support our partners in identifying and realizing new projects and growth opportunities.
Requirements
With at least eight years of professional experience, you have seen a lot — ideally you have worked as a consultant on pricing, revenue strategy and sales and/or have gained corresponding practical experience within corporate environments.
You have demonstrated that you can not only build and lead high-performing project teams with empathy, but also interact confidently with C-level executives.
Your network spans relevant decision-makers in the digital ecosystem, particularly leaders in pricing and sales.
You have a strong interest in technology, especially tech solutions related to pricing.
You are experienced in collaborating with external service providers, such as market research firms.
Pragmatism and organizational talent are in your DNA.
You are passionate about what you do and strong in execution.
You negotiate confidently in both German and English.
You radiate team spirit, inspire others with your ideas, and easily build trusted relationships with your team as well as internal and external stakeholders.
