Develop and execute the enterprise-wide strategy for procurement analytics, reporting and data governance.
Design and implement a robust procurement data governance framework to ensure data quality, consistency and compliance.
Lead a team of analysts and data professionals to deliver high impact dashboards, reports and to provide predictive insights to identify trends, drivers and opportunities across spend, suppliers, compliance, contracting and savings.
Partner with IT to maintain and enhance a centralized procurement data platform integrating data from sourcing, purchasing, accounts payable, supplier management and risk systems.
Define and track KPIs and performance metrics to measure procurement effectiveness and enable continuous improvement.
Deliver advanced analytics and AI/ML-driven insights to support strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and cost optimization.
Champion the adoption of modern BI tools and analytics best practices across the procurement organization.
Lead change management and digital transformation initiatives to embed analytics into procurement decision-making.
Drive ongoing maturity improvements across the procurement analytics lifecycle, including automation, self-service enablement, documentation and continuous improvement of the dashboard portfolio.
Translate analysis into executive ready narratives that clearly communicate what happened, why it matters, and what actions are recommended, tailored for senior procurement and finance stakeholders.

Requirements
10+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or data science, preferably related to procurement.
5+ years of experience leading and developing teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field; Master’s degree a plus.
Expertise in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc).
Proven experience implementing data governance frameworks, interpreting data, identifying meaningful insights, and translating analysis into clear recommendations and stakeholder actions.
Working knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing models and third-party risk and compliance data; experience with procurement systems and contract lifecycle management tools preferred.
Excellent communication and consultative skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
