Requirements
Several years of experience in a senior role within management consulting with a proven track record in client acquisition and project leadership, focused on the manufacturing sector.
Deep knowledge of the manufacturing industry, strong strategic thinking, and the ability to understand and shape complex issues.
Excellent academic degree (PhD preferred) in a relevant discipline from a reputable university.
Outstanding commercial skills (pipeline management, value propositions, proposals & pricing, C-level negotiation) and an extensive, reliable network.
Excellent ability to build and maintain strategic client relationships at C-level.
Authentic leadership with the ability to inspire teams and enable peak performance.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills in German and English.
