Role Overview
- Ensure projects meet safety, environmental stewardship, and regulatory compliance
- Monitor compliance with safety, health, security, and environmental requirements across construction projects
- Review and approve contractor HSE plans, method statements, and related documentation
- Report and investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses
- Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and inspections for project sites
- Lead and ensure compliance with local regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain integrated approaches to HSE monitoring and implementation
Requirements
- Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) roles
- Familiar with ISO 45001, ISO9001 and ISO 14001
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both Thai and English languages
- Familiarity with Thailand HSE regulations, standards, and reporting requirements
- Willing to travel to site when necessary
