Own strategy and roadmap for your AI Products and make data‑driven prioritization decisions in collaboration with engineering, operations, commercial, and platform teams
Operate the AI Use Case Funnel including intake, triage, feasibility evaluation, and prioritization, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and team capacities
Deeply understand user groups, workflows, and AI opportunities across domains such as quoting, manufacturability or customer support
Develop clear requirements by translating both business and technical needs into actionable items, ensuring well-defined success criteria
Track ROI, strategic relevance, and delivery progress across AI projects, feeding insights back into prioritization frameworks and funnel operations
Drive the roadmap for scalable AI platform solutions with reusable components, secure standards, and robust environments
Lead temporary project teams to implement cross-team AI projects and provide hands-on support, enabling software engineers to scale AI expertise company-wide
Support AI enabling programs, including training, communication, and hands-on enablement
Empower and consult business how to use existing AI offerings
Collaborate with Legal and IT Security on operating AI policies, risk assessments, and responsible ‑use guardrails
Requirements
5+ years of product management or program management (or closely related) experience
Demonstrated ownership of AI products, feature set or domain from discovery through launch and adoption
Experience in change and transformation management for novel technologies and digitalization
Experience working day-to-day with software engineers and designers in an agile environment, with a predictable shipping cadence
Solid understanding of AI/ML fundamentals
from classical ML and deep learning to generative AI including awareness of potentials, risks, limitations, and life-cycle implications
Able to collaborate confidently with classical SW engineering and ML teams on feasibility, scoping, and technical trade‑offs
Skilled at structuring complex problems and aligning diverse stakeholder requirements to support new technical capabilities.
Strategic thinker who excels at prioritizing work in unpredictable, changing environments
Comfortable working with funnels, experiments and cost/benefit framing to support decisions.
Ability to define clear requirements and success metrics to measure product performance against business outcomes and KPIs
User-centric mindset with the ability to balance customer, business and operational considerations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Able to create clarity in complex AI domains and build alignment without direct authority
