Leadership and coordination of the bid team consisting of estimators, architects and specialist engineers
Development of tailored proposals and negotiation of construction contracts for private and public clients through to contract signing
Requirements
University degree in civil engineering, timber construction, architecture or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in planning, construction execution, estimating or sales — ideally in timber construction, modular construction or turnkey construction
A customer-oriented approach combined with technical expertise
Entrepreneurial thinking, strong communication skills and enjoyment of networking
