Manage and scale shared services operations, ensuring seamless service delivery to global stakeholders with a strong focus on SLAs, KPIs, and customer satisfaction.
Partner with global finance leadership and business stakeholders to align financial operations with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
Establish governance frameworks, risk management protocols, and internal controls to ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
Drive financial performance metrics, cost optimization initiatives, and resource planning to maximize operational efficiency.
Champion the adoption of technology solutions such as ERP systems, RPA, and analytics tools to modernize finance operations.
Requirements
20–30 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting operations, with significant leadership exposure.
Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification preferred.
Deep expertise in OTC, PTP, and RTR processes with a strong understanding of end-to-end F&A lifecycle management.
Proven experience in leading large-scale transformation initiatives, including automation and digital finance programs.
Strong background in managing global shared services or Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
Demonstrated success in driving delivery excellence, process optimization, and service quality improvements.
Expertise in financial governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive levels.
Experience working with leading ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and emerging finance technologies.
