Requirements
- Proven closing experience in high-volume B2C sales
- Comfort with selling on the phone and quick thinking
- Ability to move quickly and not overcomplicate the sale
- Resilience to handle rejection
- No need for scripts, micromanagement, or excessive structure
- Highly responsive, organized, and self-directed
- Thrive in fast-moving, founder-led environments with autonomy
