About this role
Role Overview
You support our various project teams in implementing customer projects
You translate customer requirements into elegant Salesforce solutions
You act as second-level support for customer inquiries during projects
You build Flows, create reports and manage permission settings
You administer both customer environments and our own CRM
Documentation of best practices
You integrate developed solutions into existing system landscapes
Data imports and data preparation
You pursue continuous learning and work towards additional Salesforce certifications
Requirements
Very good German and English skills (German C1; English B2)
Experience as a Salesforce Administrator in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud or Field Service Lightning
Ideally, you already hold your Salesforce Administrator certification
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Structured and analytical way of working
Determination and ability to work independently
