HR Specialist – Parental Leave Cover

Role Overview

• Management of the entire employee lifecycle (from onboarding to offboarding)
• Maintenance and administration of all HR data in the HR system Personio (required)
• Support in preparatory payroll processing, ideally with Personio Payroll
• Preparation of employment contracts, certificates, and HR documents
• Point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters
• Support in recruiting (job postings, applicant management, interviews)
• Maintenance of personnel files and analysis of HR metrics
• Participation in HR projects and process optimizations

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree with a focus on HR
• Several years of experience in human resources, ideally in a mid-sized company
• Very good knowledge of Personio
• Experience with Personio Payroll is a plus
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style
• Strong communication skills and trustworthiness when handling sensitive data
