Be the first point of contact for managers on day to day employee relations and performance management queries
Prepare essential HR administration including disciplinary invites, outcomes, absence reviews, terminations, severance letters, and TUPE documentation
Support the HR Team and Senior HR Managers with initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience
Identify and recommend improvements to HR policies and procedures
Deliver training and development support for people managers across HR topics, including Inductions, Disciplinaries, Investigations, and more
Provide assistance to Senior Managers on ad hoc priorities
Requirements
Previous experience in an HR Admin or HR Advisor role
Strong understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
Sound judgement, analytical thinking, and problem solving abilities
Customer focused approach with professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and handle a varied workload
Proficiency with the MS Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
