About this role
Role Overview
Develop and lead the company’s talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth and workforce planning priorities
Partner with executives and HR Business Partners to translate hiring plans into scalable recruiting strategies
Ensure the organization hires high-quality talent quickly while maintaining a strong candidate experience
Design and maintain scalable recruiting workflows that support efficient hiring across the organization
Ensure hiring processes are structured, consistent, and aligned with company standards
Continuously improve recruiting operations to increase speed, quality, and efficiency
Partner with HR Business Partners and leadership teams to align recruiting strategies with workforce planning
Develop systems to proactively manage requisition planning, hiring timelines, and pipeline development
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to ensure clarity on role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities
Ensure candidates have a positive and professional experience throughout the recruiting process
Establish and track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, pipeline health, and hiring quality
Partner with People Operations to ensure recruiting data and reporting are accurate and actionable
Partner with marketing and People teams to build a compelling employer brand
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
10+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, including leadership of recruiting teams
Experience supporting hiring in high-growth or scaling organizations
Experience building and managing data-driven recruiting functions, including the development of recruiting dashboards and reporting frameworks
Demonstrated experience using recruiting metrics and analytics to inform hiring strategy and improve outcomes
Experience partnering with executives and business leaders to translate workforce plans into scalable hiring strategies
Experience implementing and optimizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
