Proactively establish and expand relationships with existing and new executive clients within assigned portfolios
Identify new opportunities and manage the sales cycle from discovery through contract execution and delivery
Work within a team environment to provide insights and thought leadership based on an understanding of client objectives and strategic plans aligned with our data and core product offerings
Maintain rigorous sales governance across all activities and demonstrate exceptional professionalism and responsiveness
Consistently meet or exceed targets and anticipate challenges well before they arise
Requirements
7 to 10 years of relevant experience selling to large enterprises
Deep knowledge of the financial services sector and its challenges in Canada
Experience in information services and/or marketing, as well as in credit and risk management
Experience working in a matrixed team, with the ability to deliver results and communicate complex concepts to influence others to adopt a different perspective
External industry network to support influence and credibility
Ability to apply advanced critical thinking skills to solve problems and conduct complex negotiations
Ability to synthesize issues and remain calm under pressure when interacting with senior executives
