As Unit Leader, you lead a business unit in Engineering or Earth & Environment Consulting and report directly to the Operations Director.
You manage operational performance, lead and develop staff, and promote a healthy, safe and ethical work culture.
Your leadership motivates teams to deliver successful client projects and achieve the unit's financial and strategic objectives.
You drive business growth, implement KPIs, set annual targets aligned with the company strategy, and monitor revenue, profitability and costs.
You ensure clear utilization targets, work closely with project managers, team leaders and support functions, and maintain strong client relationships.
Additionally, you foster a performance-oriented culture, ensure compliance with policies, HSSE and the Code of Conduct, and support talent development.

Degree in a relevant field and/or more than 10 years' experience in consulting or industry
Proven experience in strategy development, aligning teams and delivering results
Excellent command of English
