Requirements
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, consulting, or a startup environment
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
Fluent in German and English
Proactive and sales-oriented (closing-focused) mindset
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous deals
Ability to identify clients' innovation needs early and develop tailored solutions
