Role Overview
You proactively pursue new B2B customers — and love the thrill of the first deal
You don't sell commodities but business-critical managed services that make the difference between reactive IT and genuine future‑readiness
You use every playing field: phone, LinkedIn, networking, in-person meetings — your hunter instinct determines the activity level
You qualify leads, manage deals together with our technical experts, and bring them across the finish line
You take responsibility for the entire sales process, from initial contact to successful contract signing and your results
You develop your customers into true key accounts and build robust, long-term partnerships — closing a deal is just the beginning for you
Requirements
Pure hunter mentality: you want to win, celebrate deals, and exceed your quotas
Ambition, self-discipline, and the mindset that sales is a high-performance sport
Performance DNA: you proactively approach decision-makers, stay persistent, and are not deterred by rejections
Passion for IT & managed services — sufficient technical understanding to speak confidently with C-level executives and IT leaders
Self-motivation and clarity of goals — you don't need a boss to push you; you deliver from your own drive
Resilient and open to new challenges
Structured working style and enjoyment in interacting with people
