Develop and execute cybersecurity marketing programs tailored to the Nordics, aligned with global and EMEA strategies
Partner with regional sales leaders to identify business priorities and design and deliver a regional marketing plan to support them
Forecast, track, and report ROI for all marketing activities, optimizing activities throughout the campaign lifecycle
Manage local campaign activation, ensuring relevant messaging and sales alignment
Design and implement partner marketing campaigns that support business growth, strengthen relationships, and deliver measurable impact
Oversee local content creation and adapt global marketing assets for regional relevance, partner education, and channel enablement
Lead the planning and execution of industry and Acronis events, including logistics, content, vendor management, and post-event reporting
Collaborate with partners on co-branded events and activities to expand market presence
Represent Acronis at strategic events, engaging directly with partners, distributors, and customers
Develop and nurture channel-marketing opportunities with partners through co-funding, joint plans, and through-partner campaign execution
Manage Marketing Development Funds (MDF), ensuring ROI and maximizing partner collaboration
Provide partners with enablement tools, communications, and support to accelerate demand generation
Work closely with EMEA and corporate marketing functions (product, campaigns, digital, comms, distribution, partner etc.) to ensure integrated execution and consistent messaging
Coordinate the regional marketing communication calendar, ensuring alignment with corporate comms strategy
Collaborate with Sales (GM, Partner Success Managers, Distributor Account Managers) to monitor competitive landscape and refine strategies
Requirements
3+ years of marketing experience in B2B technology, cybersecurity, or IT sectors.
Strong knowledge of the Nordics market, including understanding of regional business culture and cyber security landscape.
Proven track record in channel and partner marketing, including working with distributors and partners to drive market penetration.
Experience planning and executing successful corporate and partner events.
Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and campaign measurement.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple functions, including Sales and Global Marketing.
Strong organizational, project management, and interpersonal skills; thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Experience managing budgets and optimizing for ROI.
Ability to analyze campaign performance and apply insights to improve future initiatives.
Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo).
Knowledge of regional legal and data requirements (e.g., GDPR).
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Must be fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in a Nordic language (e.g., Swedish, Danish, Finnish, or Norwegian) is highly desirable.
Willingness to travel across the Nordics and EMEA for events, partner meetings, and team collaboration.
