Create and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance online presence and drive engagement
Work with 3rd party advertisers to develop advertising strategies and placements while monitoring results for future plans.
Support initiatives and goals of product teams, work with content marketers to execute activities
Continually improve User Experience (UX) and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Collaborate with UX designers to improve website usability and conversion rates.
Implement CRO techniques to maximize the effectiveness of landing pages and other digital assets.
Oversee website updates, maintenance, and optimization for user experience and SEO.
Create new functionalities as needed on the website(s)
Implement and manage marketing automation tools/pardot.
Develop workflows and campaigns to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns, including PPC, display ads, retargeting and planning for digital activities with external vendors working closely with content marketing teams to align efforts and materials.
Develop and manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to increase visibility and drive traffic.
Work with SEO dedicated agency to improve website performance.
Conduct keyword research to optimize website content and search engine rankings.
Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
Monitor performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
Bachelors required with a focus on Marketing or equivalent
Over 3 years of related experience
Knowledge of Pardot, Sales force and Drupal (or similar)
SEM Rush & other web auditing tools
Google SEO and SEA tools
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal skill, etc.
Strong problem-solving skills
Creativity and willingness to learn new skills
Excellent presentation skills and influencing capabilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Masters degree with a focus on Marketing or equivalent
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal skills and networking/collaboration abilities
Previous experience in working with geographically diverse teams
Proven experience in digital marketing and project management
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices
Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms and analytics tools
Fluent in French
