About this role
Role Overview
Social Media: Development and management of cross-channel social media and paid-social campaigns, including editorial planning and audience
and channel-specific targeting and optimization.
CRM Campaigns: Planning, implementation and optimization of CRM campaigns such as newsletters, segmentation, lead management and handover to sales.
Marketing Automation: Building and further developing marketing automation setups, including automated workflows, customer journeys, tracking and testing.
Customer Journey: Analysis and optimization of the B2B customer and candidate journey across the entire funnel, from landing pages to conversion flows.
Marketing Budget: Planning and management of marketing budgets, including performance tracking and KPI oversight.
Collaboration & Management: Working with internal teams and managing external agencies and freelancers.
Requirements
You have a degree or vocational training in media, communications, marketing, business administration, information technology or a comparable qualification.
Several years of experience in online and digital marketing, ideally in an agency environment.
Experience in planning, executing and optimizing social media and paid-social campaigns.
Practical experience with CRM campaigns, marketing automation and automated customer journeys.
Experience optimizing customer journeys, landing pages and conversion flows.
Experience in budget planning and performance evaluation.
Confident use of tracking and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Google Tag Manager) and KPI-based performance analysis.
