Left Field Labs is a creative technology agency that partners with ambitious brands to deliver innovative digital transformation services. They are seeking a Senior Marketing Campaign Manager to lead the execution of a multi-channel marketing campaign, bridging strategy and tactical deployment to enhance consumer engagement and transaction frequency.
Responsibilities:
- Design and lead the end-to-end execution of a large-scale co-marketing roadmap. You will turn abstract goals into a concrete tactical plan that aligns our brand with retail and ecommerce partners
- Act as the primary point of contact for external partners. You will navigate complex creative approval processes, reconcile conflicting business priorities, and ensure mutual value across all joint ventures
- Orchestrate a seamless consumer journey by integrating high-impact social and influencer campaigns with "real world" physical touchpoints (POS/In-store) and our internal O&O channels (Email, In-Product)
- Manage a multi-million dollar budget with precision. This includes bi-weekly burn reporting, financial forecasting, and ensuring every dollar is optimized for maximum ROI
- Partner closely with data analysts to track the pulse of the campaign. You will define and monitor key performance indicators such as incrementality, cost per incremental user, and transaction lift
- Own the production lifecycle. You will manage the long lead times of physical signage and the rapid-response needs of digital content, ensuring no deadlines are missed in a complex, moving ecosystem
- Leverage generative AI tools to maintain a high-velocity output. You will use AI to synthesize vast amounts of stakeholder feedback, accelerate creative brainstorming, and draft initial content, all while maintaining strict brand integrity
- Operate with high autonomy. You are expected to hold a strong point of view, identify potential bottlenecks or strategic risks early, and proactively escalate them to leadership with proposed solutions
- Other ad hoc projects as assigned by direct supervisor
Requirements:
- Proven track record of managing large-scale partnerships with retail/ecommerce businesses, including navigating conflicting priorities and joint creative approvals
- A 'self-starter' mindset with the confidence to hold a strong POV, manage complex timelines, and escalate strategic risks to leadership proactively

- Expert-level knowledge of social/influencer strategy integrated with 'real world' physical touchpoints (POS/In-store signage) and O&O channels (email, in-product)
- Ability to collaborate with analysts to define incrementality, cost per incremental user, and transaction and brand lift metrics
- Familiarity with the lead times and logistical requirements of channels, including physical signage
- Proficient in leveraging generative AI tools to accelerate content drafting, synthesize stakeholder feedback, and brainstorm creative executions, ensuring a high-velocity output without sacrificing brand quality or strategic depth
