Independent full responsibility for client mandates
Leadership responsibility for a team of up to seven people
Strategic development of the tax department
Drafting opinions on tax law issues and, where applicable, providing tax structuring/advisory services
Point of contact for auditors and lawyers on tax matters
External representation of the tax department, e.g., at events and networking functions
Support in employee recruitment

Successfully passed the tax advisor examination (Steuerberaterexamen) and several years of professional experience in tax advisory
Experience in staff leadership
Communicative and personable character
Very good IT skills in MS Office and DATEV
Reliability, loyalty and a hands-on mentality
