Detailed design of end-to-end, industry-specific customer processes
Alignment of customer requirements and coordination of all necessary activities
Project and subproject leadership for German-speaking energy suppliers
Identification and development of options to close gaps in the SAP standard portfolio
Analysis and targeted development of processes for energy suppliers
Taking on steering responsibilities for subprojects and functional streams
Mentoring and coaching our consultants
Development of requirement specifications, as well as management and coordination of their implementation
Conducting customer workshops and training sessions
Working with the team on projects, e.g., digitization, standardization, optimization of complex processes, and the rollout of new SAP-centered platforms

Degree in (business) computer science, business administration, or a comparable field
Extensive knowledge of the energy industry
Several years of relevant consulting experience in the SAP area for the energy sector
Specialization in specific focus areas of SAP solutions for the energy industry, particularly in areas such as market communication, energy data management, billing, or customer management processes
Knowledge of software development with a focus on bespoke customer requirements
Experience with energy supplier processes and/or multiple years of experience implementing and further developing energy-sector SAP systems
Confident communication and presentation skills
Programming skills in an object-oriented language (e.g., ABAP OO or Java) are an advantage
Experience in (IT) project management, both traditional and agile
Native-level German language skills
Experience in (SAP) data migration projects is desirable
