Plan, coordinate and organize the smart meter rollout in collaboration with our German locations
Develop and optimize processes for our dynamic electricity tariff
Handle energy market processes via market communication
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and technical standards in the energy sector
Monitor and analyze project progress and derive measures to achieve objectives
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
Build and further develop data-driven solutions for process automation
Prepare reports and analyses on the progress and results of the rollout
Support customer service with special cases

A completed degree or comparable qualification, ideally in (energy) economics or a commercial/related field, or vocational training (e.g., in a business/administrative area)
Knowledge of project management and process optimization
An analytical and structured working style, a good understanding of technical contexts, and solution-oriented thinking
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly
Confident use of common Office programs and the ability to quickly learn new software
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
Bonus points for: initial experience in the energy industry
Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools
