Planning, developing, organizing, and managing the Patient Access department
Responsible for performance and effectiveness of these department(s)
Coaching and development of all staff performing these functions
Implementing short and long-term plans and objectives to improve customer service
Collecting, interpreting, and communicating performance data using various tools and systems

Minimum 2 – 3 year’s management experience in healthcare industry
Demonstrated advanced usage of AI and the management of teams using AI to lean into process and technological improvements
Patient Access experience preferred
Experience with Microsoft a must
Ability to balance numerous priorities, therefore requiring great skills in prioritization
Ability to understand and master numerous computer applications
Patient Access experience with managed care/insurance and Call Center experience highly preferred
Required Certification: HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) within 9 months of hire
