Role Overview
- Develop and execute Go-to-Market strategies for product launches and product cycles;
- Define product positioning, value proposition and key messaging;
- Plan, execute and monitor content calendars (always-on and campaign-based);
- Create content marketing strategies oriented to the customer journey;
- Collaborate with product, sales and performance teams to ensure consistency in communication;
- Analyze performance metrics (acquisition, engagement, conversion) and campaign promotion;
- Produce and guide the creation of materials such as landing pages, emails, scripts, presentations and educational content;
- Identify market opportunities, consumer behavior and trends;
- Support the commercial team with sales collateral and enablement strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related fields;
- Analytical, data-driven profile;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Strategic mindset with strong execution capability; proactivity and a sense of ownership.

- Product Marketing;
- Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies;
- Content Marketing and Inbound Marketing;
- Customer journey and sales funnel;
- Planning and management of content calendars;
- Copywriting and storytelling;
- Marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI, conversion);
- Marketing automation tools (e.g., RD Station, HubSpot);
- Data analysis (Google Analytics, dashboards, etc.);
- SEO and content distribution strategies.
Desired experience:
- Previous experience in product marketing, content marketing or related areas;
- Experience planning and executing content strategies;
