About this role
Role Overview
End-to-end strategic and operational management of national pharmacy and drugstore chains in Switzerland
Development, negotiation and implementation of tailored annual strategies and commercial terms
Identifying and capturing growth and efficiency opportunities within the existing portfolio
Proactively acquiring new strategic key accounts
Analysis of relevant KPIs and definition of concrete measures, including management reporting
Representing the company at customer events and industry conferences
Requirements
Native French speaker with very good German skills, or bilingual (FR/DE)
Several years of experience in key account management in the healthcare sector, ideally in pharmaceutical wholesale or pre-wholesale
Strong negotiation skills and strategic thinking
Strong analytical skills combined with an entrepreneurial mindset
Team player with a cross-functional mindset
