Inbound sales: You handle incoming customer inquiries in a structured manner and convert them into successful projects through well-founded consultative advice.
Outbound leads: You independently generate new leads, develop targeted outbound strategies, and continuously expand your customer base.
Pipeline development: You build a reliable sales pipeline and increase your closing rate through consistent follow-up and targeted insights.
Customer retention: You cultivate sustainable relationships and position yourself as a trusted point of contact throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
Process optimization: You identify areas for improvement and contribute your own ideas to further develop our sales processes.
Requirements
You have initial experience in B2B sales, preferably in a consultative environment or with complex/technical products.
Your field of study or professional background is secondary — what counts is your motivation and passion for sales.
Ideally, you have experience with CRM systems, adapt quickly to new tools, and acquire product knowledge in a structured and efficient way.
You impress in customer interactions with clear communication, active listening, and a confident presence — including on the phone.
You work in a self-organized manner, stay focused when handling multiple inquiries, and keep an overview of your sales pipeline.
You have excellent spoken and written German as well as good English skills.
