Strategic growth: You purposefully expand our market presence in your region, develop new revenue opportunities and make a significant contribution to regional growth
Sales cycle: You guide B2B customers through the entire sales process — from initial contact and needs assessment to successful closing and the development of long-term partnerships
New business & account management: You win targeted new B2B customers through outbound prospecting and strategically develop existing accounts — from small businesses to major clients
Lead handling: You process regional inbound leads in a structured manner and convert them into successful projects through informed, consultative advice
Project business: You manage complex customer projects, develop tailored solution concepts and coordinate implementation together with internal teams
Sales processes: You document your activities in the CRM in a structured way, analyze market and competitor developments and derive targeted measures to further develop our sales methods
Requirements
You have several years of experience in B2B sales — ideally in a consultative environment or with complex, technically-demanding products
More important than your previous roles are your drive and passion: you inspire customers, identify opportunities and proactively create new business
You are a sales talent: you demonstrate strong communication skills, negotiation ability and a confident presence — also when dealing with decision-makers
Initial exposure to office supplies or ergonomics is a plus
You have experience working with a CRM in a structured way, using it strategically for customer development and taking initiative to achieve sustainable results with the aim of delivering the best possible outcome
You work independently and goal-oriented, have a pronounced hands-on mentality and ideally already have initial experience with sales frameworks such as SPICED, SPIN or MEDDIC
You hold a driver’s license and are willing to travel regularly to regional customer appointments
You have business-fluent German (spoken and written) and good English skills
