Associate Account Manager, Commercial Lines

Role Overview

• Support day-to-day client service by issuing certificates and Auto ID cards
• Review, process, and check policies, endorsements, audits, and quotes for accuracy and completeness
• Generate invoice requests and manage loss runs to support renewals and ongoing client needs
• Assist with the preparation of proposals, renewal materials, and loss summary analyses
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the system of record, documenting all client communications and policy activity
• Contribute to new business efforts and support firm-wide client retention goals

Requirements

• Entry-level position; ideal for candidates beginning a career in insurance brokerage
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to follow established processes and procedures
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Must hold or be willing to obtain required insurance licenses
