Focus on identifying and targeting key customer segments, ensuring the seamless execution of integrated campaigns, and optimizing results.
Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals and effectively engage the target audience.
Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns aimed at lead generation, including email marketing, paid advertising, events, social media, and content marketing.
Manage the full lifecycle of campaigns from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with demand generation goals.
Drive demand generation efforts by identifying key market segments, building targeted campaigns, and optimizing lead conversion.
Analyze campaign performance, monitor KPIs, and use insights to optimize future campaigns.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in demand generation and campaign management, ideally in B2B technology, SaaS, or IoT industries
Proven experience developing and executing integrated campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive business growth
Strong experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as SEO, SEM, paid ads, social media, and email marketing.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
