Own our product messaging and go-to-market execution, ensuring clarity, consistency, and impact across all customer touchpoints
Develop clear, differentiated messaging and value propositions that communicate product benefits and customer value
Lead go-to-market launches for new features in close collaboration with Product, including messaging frameworks, email campaigns, landing pages, and sales materials
Create and maintain sales enablement assets such as pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, competitive comparisons, and client-specific materials to support Sales and Account Management
Own the structure, quality, and messaging of the website, including new pages, feature pages, and CRO-driven content improvements
Produce or oversee onboarding and help center content such as Freshdesk articles, guides, and walkthrough scripts to support product adoption
Work closely with Sales to understand localisation and asset needs, and with Product to stay aligned with the roadmap and user benefits
Provide input for social media posts and campaign content related to product launches and updates
Requirements
Experience in product marketing, B2B SaaS marketing, or a similar role
Strong ability to translate product features into clear customer value
Experience working closely with Product and Sales teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A structured, detail-oriented, and proactive working style
Comfort managing multiple stakeholders and parallel projects
Data-driven mindset with a focus on impact and conversion
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
Fluency in English; German is a strong plus, French is an advantage
