About this role

Develop, implement, and oversee Response Team strategies to meet patient admission goals in alignment with the ERC PL mission, vision and values.
Lead and mentor the Response Team, providing training, support, and resources to ensure professional and compassionate interactions.
Monitor patient contact channels daily to ensure timely responses and effective handling of patient inquiries.
Ensure that the Response Team provides compassionate and supportive experience for patients and families from the initial inquiry to assessment.
Reviews daily admissions metrics, including inquiry volumes, conversion rates, and other KPIs.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in admissions, healthcare management, or a related field.
2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in admission, call center, healthcare, or behavioral health related environment.
Proven experience managing team performance and meeting operational or conversion goals.
