About this role
Role Overview
Track daily parking inventory across all Vertex Fleet locations
Monitor customer arrivals and departures
Maintain accurate, real-time records of occupancy and availability
Update parking management systems with current inventory status
Coordinate with on-site managers regarding space and customer movement
Conduct outbound calls for payment collection
Follow up on outstanding invoices and past-due accounts
Process payments and update customer records
Generate and send invoices (B2B and B2C)
Maintain organized billing and transaction records
Resolve customer billing inquiries and payment issues
Handle inbound sales calls from trucking companies, fleet managers, and independent drivers
Perform outbound sales outreach to prospective customers
Present Vertex Fleet’s services, pricing, and facility features
Identify and develop opportunities in new markets
Qualify leads and convert prospects into active customers
Build strong relationships to drive retention and referrals
Respond promptly to emails and customer inquiries
Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
Engage in social media outreach to attract B2C
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or operations coordination
Experience handling collections and payment follow-ups professionally
Strong communication skills, especially over the phone
Experience with invoicing, billing, and basic accounting processes
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM systems
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
