You will continuously develop our marketing concept together with management and take responsibility for its implementation.
Plan, execute and manage marketing activities across all relevant channels.
Further develop our social media and content strategy to optimally reach our target audiences.
Support the agency's external positioning (e.g., employer branding, PR, events).
Monitor and provide data-driven reporting on your activities.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, ideally with a background in e-commerce or the tech/agency sector.
Solid knowledge of performance marketing, social media, and search engine optimization (SEO).
Experience with platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, HubSpot, Google Analytics and Office 365.
Structured thinker with a creative streak, a hands-on mentality and strong communication skills at all levels.
You are eager to take on responsibility and motivated to drive initiatives forward.
