Marketing Project Manager

The Senior Marketing Project Leader will lead the development of complex marketing campaigns, ensuring timely communication of project status and securing necessary approvals while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Works cross-functionally to lead the successful development of multiple highly complex campaigns and projects across audiences for a given business area(s) throughout entire project lifecycle
• Provides timely communication of project status, and key milestones to keep project and account teams, strategic partners, business area(s) and senior leadership informed, and to drive timely decisions
• Leads securing all legal, compliance and branding approvals and ensures record retention procedures are followed
• Grows strong working relationships with key stakeholders, matrix project/account teams, business partners and leadership both inside and outside the firm

Requirements:

• 5+ years project management experience in corporate marketing or creative agency environment
• A. or B.S. in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience required
• Proficient in waterfall and agile project management methodologies
• Proficiency in Workfront is required
• Certifications in project management methodologies such as PMP
• Previous experience in financial services highly preferred, or other regulated industries
