Develop and implement procurement strategies for defined product categories and suppliers
Analyze and monitor national and international sourcing markets
Identify, select, evaluate and develop suppliers in collaboration with Quality Assurance and Development
Lead price, contract and framework negotiations with national and international suppliers
Secure the supply chain through active risk management and sustainable supplier strategies
Participate early in product development and optimization projects
Identify cost-saving potentials and implement efficiency measures
Support make-or-buy decisions and cross-functional projects
Analyze and optimize material and information flows along the supply chain
Maintain relevant master data in the ERP system and prepare purchasing-related reports

Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in strategic purchasing, ideally in an industrial environment
Experience working with international suppliers and strong negotiation skills
Very good knowledge of ERP systems and confident use of MS Office
Very good written and spoken German and English
Analytical mindset, initiative and a structured way of working
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaboration in cross-functional teams
