Role Overview
- Create Purchase Orders and validate invoices for accounting/fiscal entry;
- Maintain supplier/vendor records;
- Send orders and delivery schedules to suppliers;
- Support internal teams with purchasing-related processes (e.g., payments);
- Prepare reports and KPIs for the purchasing department;
- Assist buyers with their daily tasks.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields;
- Currently in the 6th semester or later of your degree program;
- Reside in Ribeirão Preto;
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
- Proactive, curious, and good communication skills.
