Support hiring of freelancers in coordination with HR, including registration processes and deadline tracking;
Assist with supplier and vehicle registration processes;
Help monitor and track internal requests related to purchasing and facilities;
Provide support in responding to users and internal teams, ensuring prompt follow-up and clear communication;
Assist in preparing reports and control spreadsheets;
Contribute to organizing and updating purchasing documents and internal systems;
Participate in the area's operational and administrative routines, with direct contact with suppliers and staff at various levels, including directors.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field;
Studying during evening hours;
Available to intern 6 hours per day (schedule to be arranged with the manager during the selection process);
Attentive, organized, and committed profile;
Comfortable working with numbers and detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in processes;
Basic to intermediate Excel skills;
Available to be on-site at the São Paulo agency at least once a week.
