Role Overview

• Develop the brands' visibility and image through a strong social media strategy
• Manage social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Conceive and propose distinctive content concepts
• Create attention-grabbing content that hooks viewers in the first seconds
• Adapt each piece of content to the brand's image and positioning
• Monitor trends and leverage them intelligently
• Maintain strong consistency between aesthetic, messaging and branding
• Publish regularly and strategically
• Analyze performance and continuously adjust
• Participate in content shoots with solid framing/capture skills
• Manage and coordinate video editors and other creative providers
• Organize content production in a smooth and structured way
• Provide clear and precise briefs
• Check deliverable quality and request necessary adjustments
• Track deadlines rigorously and enforce timing
• Ensure everyone progresses at the right pace and quality level
• Be able to follow up, refocus and prioritize when necessary

Requirements

• Strong understanding of social media and their codes
• Good ability to create attention-grabbing content
• Practical skills in framing / video capture
• Experience or real ease in managing editors and coordinating production
• Ability to follow multiple projects and meet deadlines
