Requirements
Several years of experience in business development or sales within the defence environment, with an established network and solid knowledge of the bidding/proposal process
Strong commercial/entrepreneurial mindset with excellent negotiation skills and a strong closing orientation
Technical understanding and the ability to prepare complex information for the target audience and translate it into clear customer value
High self-motivation and independence, with a proactive and solution-oriented working style
Strong team player with excellent stakeholder management skills
Proven track record in acquiring new customers, e.g., through cold calling, marketing campaigns, trade shows or social selling
Solid experience using CRM systems and producing reliable sales forecasts
Experience with national and international export control and compliance requirements (e.g., ITAR, EU Dual-Use regulations, etc.)
Knowledge of heat treatment, metallurgy or related fields is an advantage
Business-fluent German and English; additional European languages are a plus
