Promote training initiatives that generate sales and support commercial management.
Create and present sales reports, revenue and expense statements, and realistic forecasts.
Identify emerging markets and stay informed about products and competitor status.
Develop and implement commercial strategies that contribute to results.
Build and foster strong, long-term relationships with the sales team by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Assist with negotiations and deal closures. Support and guide the commercial partner team in prospecting new business, follow negotiations from initial contact through closing, and actively engage in prospecting to warm up leads and support the sales team’s results.
Motivate each member of the sales team to pursue business opportunities, aiming to maximize the number of commission-earning sales per month; act with positive, encouraging energy to drive performance.
Manage the customer portfolio. Oversee the retention portfolio (active, up-to-date clients) and work directly and indirectly with overdue accounts to increase customer retention rates. Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the company’s client base and ensure their longevity; work proactively on the portfolio to prevent churn and secure renewals.
Assist with credit processes and provide direct customer service for day-to-day requests.
Drive portfolio expansion by visiting potential new points of sale to secure partnerships.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree completed.
Skills: Good communication, proactivity, initiative, teamwork, commercial management, and confidence in public speaking; experience in prospecting new partners.
Required knowledge: Intermediate MS Office skills with strong proficiency in Excel; PowerPoint is desirable; negotiation techniques.
Own vehicle and availability to travel.
Preferred: Commercial experience in field sales within the consórcio (consortium) market.
