Drive the engagement and onboarding of new ETF trading members, with a particular focus on German-speaking markets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential trading members, market makers, and the sales teams of ETF issuers to drive business growth and revenue increase. This includes understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
Lead meetings with the external stakeholders, ensuring close alignment & coordination with internal ETF sales and product teams.
Work closely with product teams to develop and position ETF products that meet market demands and client needs.
Facilitate client onboarding and provide support in operational issues resolution, thanks to strong knowledge of trading and exchange operations.
Ensure comprehensive coverage of local issuer sales teams to align business development efforts and growth objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and trends within the ETF industry based on market research. Develop strategic plans to capitalise on these opportunities.
Promote Euronext’s ETF platform and value proposition to both trading participants and ETF issuers.
Engage with industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the Euronext’s presence and reputation in the ETF market and to gather market intelligence.

Minimum 5-years’ experience in capital markets, preferably within an exchange, broker, or ETF issuer.
Strategic thinking with client focus
Ability to collaborate across the organisation and to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
Expertise in trading or execution-related roles across ETF, equities, or other cash market asset classes.
Strong understanding of how exchanges and trading participants operate.
Structured thinking, with a growth & innovative mindset
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Agile, self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Fluency in English and German, another European language is a plus.
