Provide on-site user support for IT-related issues.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on desktop and laptop hardware.
Provide basic support for data and voice network infrastructure.
Configure Microsoft networks and network devices.
Install, configure, and update operating systems and corporate software.
Assist in identifying and resolving network connectivity issues (Wi-Fi and wired).
Help configure and test equipment such as switches, routers, and access points.
Log service requests in the ticketing system and follow up until resolution.
Follow internal procedures and help maintain the IT inventory.
Requirements
Completed technical or higher education, recognized by MEC/SISTEC, in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrotechnics, or related technological fields.
Knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware.
Basic knowledge of data and voice network infrastructure.
Understanding of Microsoft network configuration and network device setup.
Ability to install and configure operating systems and software.
