About this role
Role Overview
- Provide on-site user support for IT-related issues.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on desktop and laptop hardware.
- Provide basic support for data and voice network infrastructure.
- Configure Microsoft networks and network devices.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and corporate software.
- Assist in identifying and resolving network connectivity issues (Wi-Fi and wired).
- Assist with configuration and testing of equipment such as switches, routers, and access points.
- Log tickets in the service desk system and follow up until resolution.
- Follow internal procedures and help maintain the IT inventory.
Requirements
- Completed technical or higher education recognized by MEC/SISTEC in Computer Science/Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related technical fields.
- Knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware.
- Basic knowledge of data and voice network infrastructure.
- Familiarity with Microsoft network configuration and network devices.
- Ability to install and configure operating systems and software.
- Valid Category B driver's license.
