Matrix Leadership: Provide strategic direction and mentorship to cross-functional teams in a dotted-line reporting structure, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
Cross-Functional Orchestration: Bridge the gap between local market needs and global strategy, ensuring CS and Sales are tightly integrated to maximize customer lifetime value.
Market Advocacy: Serve as the "face" of the region, providing feedback to global product and marketing teams to ensure our offering remains competitive in APAC.
Requirements
Proven GTM Leadership: Extensive experience leading Sales, Partnerships, or Business Development functions, preferably within the tech or SaaS sector.
Matrix Management Expertise: Demonstrated ability to influence and lead teams without direct hierarchical authority (dotted-line management).
Partnership Specialist: A strong track record of building and executing successful partnership programs from the ground up.
Regional Expertise: Deep understanding of the APAC business landscape and GTM nuances.
Strategic Communication: Ability to navigate complex internal organizations and external negotiations with senior stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements: Based in Singapore.
Multilingual: Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Hindi (in addition to English) to effectively engage with diverse regional partners and stakeholders.
