Develop strategic relationship with current members to drive engagement and deliver value
Identify and grow membership to include new senior members
Align with key programming moments (Exchanges, dinners, Mini MBA) to consistently deliver value
Partner with commercial and marketing teams to ensure GLL is a high value executive membership
Help shape the GLL programme in partnership with content and events teams to ensure all GLL programming reflects: real in‑house priorities, senior level discussion quality, practical, decision relevant outcomes.
Facilitate high trust executive sessions with credibility and confidence.
Listen to and understand member needs; help collect data to support those needs in a systematic way; facilitate discussions and roundtables; ensure event programmes connect to and deliver our content goals
Act as a senior in‑house advisor internally ensuring executive conversations remain grounded in real GC needs.
Partner with the content team and the data intelligence unit (DIU) to ensure events serve as a consistent source of proprietary insights and data that strengthen the company's data acquisition strategy.
Support the systematic capture of insight from members to help shape the engagement and agendas for round tables and events
Partner with the content team to deliver concise, insight‑led communications for GLL members and prospects, including executive briefs, post‑event implications for in‑house teams, and community‑driven trend signals.
Ensure all outputs are designed for senior leadership and clearly differentiated from marketing content.
Reinforce GLL as a trusted signal source for executive decision‑makers.
Develop and embed a clear, consistent narrative across sales, marketing, and leadership teams to highlight the value for senior GCs and establish a feedback loop into strategic planning.
Requirements
5+ years in executive community leadership, content/programme direction, commercial growth, customer advisory, or partnerships.
