Identify and research prospective airline customers and aviation training organizations
Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach
Generate qualified leads and discovery meetings for Regional Sales Leadership
Schedule meetings with key decision makers including Training Managers, Directors of Flight Operations, Airline Training Departments, and Aviation Academy Executives
Track all prospecting activity and leads in Salesforce CRM
Monitor aviation industry news for potential sales opportunities (fleet growth, airline expansion, training initiatives)
Collaborate with the Regional Senior Sales Director and International Sales Director to support regional pipeline growth
Requirements
1–3 years experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
Strong communication and outreach skills
Highly organized and self-motivated
Comfortable with outbound prospecting
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Experience in SaaS, aviation, or training technology is a plus
