Euclid Power is on a mission to accelerate the world’s transition to renewable energy. They are seeking a Founding Enterprise Business Development Representative to generate new business pipeline through outbound prospecting and to play a key role in shaping the company's go-to-market strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business pipeline primarily through outbound prospecting
- Conduct thorough research to identify and qualify potential leads
- Create account outreach plans in partnership with Account Executives and senior leadership counterparts and execute against plan
- Proactively connect with prospects, schedule discovery calls, and introduce Account Executives to ensure continuity from initial outreach
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Stay current with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in an Enterprise BDR/SDR role selling SaaS, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline through outbound efforts, with experience breaking into enterprise accounts and engaging senior decision-makers
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales motions, including navigating complex buying processes, multi-threading, and stakeholder mapping
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a hunter mentality; motivated by results and ownership
- Skilled at uncovering customer challenges through thoughtful questioning and active listening
- Highly organized and methodical in managing outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in renewable energy, or adjacent industries (e.g. investment)
