Responsible for planning, coordinating and ensuring the execution of activities related to the digital channels delivery operation, focusing on express deliveries of SIM cards to customers — maintaining healthy inventory levels, operational efficiency, appropriate and effective commercialization tracking, and adherence to SLAs.
Plan and monitor deliveries, ensuring adequate coverage at each forward stock location;
Monitor performance indicators and propose continuous improvement actions;
Work in an integrated manner with partner areas (Commercial, Logistics, Projects, IT and external partners) to ensure fluidity across the end-to-end (E2E) operational process;
Identify and address operational bottlenecks, risks and process optimization opportunities within digital channels;
Support the structuring of processes, management rituals and governance for the digital channels pillar;
Contribute to the evolution of the multichannel model, ensuring the sustainable growth of omnichannel initiatives.

Experience in technical leadership;
Experience in roles that require an analytical mindset and results orientation;
Experience in e-commerce delivery and commercial replenishment/supply;
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
