Perform reconciliation of medical account billing (insured members) by identifying contradictory data and/or information, gaps, errors, incorrect numbers or documents, and outdated information in order to protect and prevent issues that may cause losses to the business and/or client.
Support registration movements via health plan provider websites to efficiently and securely manage all company transactions.
Open insurance claims by executing the required processes and action protocols to achieve a prompt and effective response to incidents.
Provide necessary support and assistance to other departments by supplying data and/or information to ensure continuity of processes and task execution.
Carry out other related professional activities inherent to the role as needed and/or demanded by the area, through training, professional development and guidance from the immediate supervisor, to ensure continuous professional growth.
Actively contribute to the development of performance indicators (KPIs), objectives and key results (OKRs), and new company projects.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Administrative experience with data analysis and document verification
